I Goofed
So something happened and all my pictures are gone. I am attempting to fix this and hopefully will have this straightened out soon.

Quick Update
So I've been lazy about posting, so here are all the bentos that I have done recently (save one that was eaten before pictures could be taken)

(1/31/12) Top Tier: Sweet potato, chopped up radish, steamed broccoli
Bottom Tier: Brown rice with sweet potato flowers, fried veggie dog pieces, broccoli, and a little bottle of soy sauce

Wednesday Bento, on Thursday!
So this bento is technically from Wednesday, but I'm just now posting it (my week has been a leetel crazy)
Top Tier: Rice, fried tofu
Bottom Tier: Sweet potato with honey and cinnamon, grape tomatoes, instant pickles.

Tuesday Bento!
Bottom Tier (Left): 1/2 cup rice, fried tofu, grape tomato
Top Tier (Right): Steamed broccoli, sweet potato, more instant pickles, grape tomato
I made a lot of this stuff (everything but the broccoli) over the weekend in bulk (well, as much as can be kept in a dorm fridge) to make my life easier. I just had to steam the broccoli, reheat the rice, and pack everything. Made my morning run a little smoother. Also I apologize for the picture quality, this picture was taken with my cell phone.

Start of Semester Bento!
I'm now back from Winter Break. So since I'm back on campus it's back to making bentos! This one is technically the second one of the semester, but the first one was eaten before pictures could be taken. And, ON TO THE FOOD!
Top Tier (Left): Sweet Potato, broccoli, grape tomatoes, and the Instant Cabbage and cucumber Pickes from "The Just Bento Cookbook: Everyday Lunches to Go" by Makiko Itoh, (Her blog can be found here)
Bottom Tier (Right): Rice, 2 mini veggie burgers

Bottom Tier (Right): Fish shaped grilled cheese, snap peas
Bottom Tier (Left): veggie "chicken" nuggets, carrots
Top Tier (Right): pineapple and peaches
Top Tier (Left): Veggie "meat balls," broccoli, apple bunny, snap peas
